We’ll hop on a quick call to align on your vision, walk through our process, and confirm next steps.
03. Pay the Planning Fee
Your planning fee secures your spot and unlocks access to a fully customized white glove travel experience.
04. Receive Your Proposal
You’ll receive one tailored proposal including a fully built-out itinerary, pricing, and booking information.
05. Booking Link Setup
Once approved, we’ll build your group booking page or individual payment link via TravelJoy.
06. Trip Management Begins
Once deposits are submitted, we manage all the logistics, including solidifying activities, communication, timelines, and traveler support.
07. Final Travel Prep
We will send final travel documents, trip reminders, and essential information at least 2 weeks before departure.
Investment & Planning Fee
Our planning fee reflects the care, customization, and concierge-level service you receive.
