You can cancel your vacation for any reason and receive a refund in your original form of payment minus the cost of travel insurance.

To secure your reservation, a $50 per person retainer is required.
This will be applied towards your package to hold your reservation. You will receive a confirmation email with the confirmation number of your booking and a monthly reminder for payments.
Please note, we do not take any payment over the phone. All bookings must be made through this secure portal to ensure the safety and security of your personal information.
Final Payment is Due 60 Days Prior to the Trip!
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Cancellations will incur a $25 non-refundable cancellation fee.
Cancellations within 30 days or less will incur additional penalties. We understand the unexpected can happen and choosing to cancel your vacation is never an easy decision. Please contact us as soon as possible to explore cancellation details further.
Please note, due to the nature of the group benefiting from promotional group rates, excursions and activities are non-refundable.
